All orders are processed from our studio within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with USPS tracking information when your order has shipped. There will be few times where shipments can take a little while longer only because our products are made in small batches.
How to check the status of my shipment?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How to Return
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from avalah.com that do not meet your expectations, simply return the gently used products within 30 days of receipt.
Once your return package has arrived, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your refund has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on avalah.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by Avalah, you can request a replacement via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (347) 596-2882. Please put your confirmation number in the subject.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.
