Starting Your Yoga Journey: Cat-Cow Pose

Cat-Cow is a gentle, flowing sequence that enhances spinal flexibility and warms up the body.

How to do it:

  1. Begin in a tabletop position with your wrists under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

  2. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your head and tailbone (Cow Pose).

  3. Exhale, round your back, and tuck your chin (Cat Pose).

Cat-Cow is a wonderful way to gently wake up your spine and increase mobility.
