Starting Your Yoga Journey: Child's Pose (Balasana):

Child's pose is a restful and soothing posture that helps release tension and stress.

How to do it:

  1. Kneel on the floor with your big toes touching and knees hip-width apart.

  2. Sit back on your heels and reach your arms forward, lowering your chest to the ground.

  3. Rest your forehead on the mat and relax your arms by your sides.

Child's pose is an excellent way to relax and stretch the back, shoulders, and hips.
