Starting Your Yoga Journey: Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

Warrior II is a fundamental standing pose that builds strength and balance while increasing focus.

How to do it:

  1. Begin in Mountain Pose.

  2. Step your left foot back and bend your right knee over your right ankle.

  3. Extend your arms out to the sides, with your gaze over your right hand.

Warrior II helps strengthen the legs, improve posture, and increase lower body flexibility.
